My philosophy in this healing work is to guide students to their own self-discovery so they can step into the role of being their own healers. 

Struggles with anxiety and depression led me on a search for relief. My psychology background was insightful, but still left much unanswered. I was drawn to the practices of Reiki, yoga, meditation, and energy work and found my calling. I felt a shift once I tapped into what worked for me, and learned to transmute suffering and fear into bliss and transformation. I felt inspired to share this work with others who sought the same thing - a more fulfilling, inspired, and stress free way of life. 

My life is now structured around these practices that have transformed and freed me. Through consistent self work and continuing to challenge myself, I recognize that the relationship I have with myself is the most important relationship I will ever have, and I am devoted to self love, reflection, and personal growth. My life’s purpose is to support others on their healing journeys. I hold space and offer tools for my clients and accompany them as they discover a more loving and supportive relationship with themselves.
